We had been wanting to do it for a while, and finally, between one dive and another, we managed to refresh the look of our official website. We are really curious to know whether you like our design choices and to hear your opinion on the new site, so do not hesitate to let us know by writing in the comments below.
Beyond the design, however, we have introduced other improvements, mainly concerning the way you book dives and the events organised by our diving centre.
What changes in the dive booking system
First of all, bookings must be submitted online by accessing the following area or by clicking the “prenotazioni” (bookings) link in the main navigation menu. Anyone without an internet connection during their stay in Taranto can always ask the diving centre to enter the registration on their behalf, by stopping by the diving centre or contacting us.
The new booking system lets you view the constantly updated calendar of dives and events and then book your dive according to your schedule.
How to enter your booking
Entering a booking is extremely quick and easy – just a few clicks are needed. Let’s look at the steps in detail:
- view the dive calendar at the following address;
- Click on the event (the dive) you wish to book on the selected day;
- Click the “PRENOTATI” (Book) button that will appear, to book the selected dive;
- Fill in the form with the required fields and submit the booking;
- At the end, a summary email will be sent to the address provided.
Available dive calendar options
You can select search and display parameters to find events in the calendar more easily; for example, you can select a specific month by clicking the date in the “EVENTI IN” field
, search for a keyword (e.g. a dive site) or customise the calendar view by clicking “VEDI COME”; you can display the daily, monthly or list view.

On the right-hand side of the dive calendar you can view the dives grouped into categories:
this lets you display only the dives of a given category.
New blog section
We have also redesigned the blog section, which contains all our articles divided into categories (News, eventi, scientific fact sheets, diving centre services). You can visit this section regularly to keep up to date with the diving centre’s news, or subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates automatically.
